The Duke Board of Education may discuss, make motions, and vote upon any matter appearing on this agenda. Such motions may be to adopt, reject, table, reaffirm, rescind, or take action on any agenda matter.

  • Call the meeting to order.
  • Roll call of members.
  • Invocation.
  • Administer loyalty oath to new board member, Rhet Johnson.
  • Vote to approve purchase orders, encumbrances and warrants for the following:

General Fund – 72, 85.

  • Propose executive session to discuss Superintendent position. 25 O.S. § 307 (B)(1).
  • Vote to convene or not to convene into executive session.
  • Vote to acknowledge the board has returned to open session.
  • Executive session minutes compliance report.
  • Possible board action concerning the hiring of a Superintendent.
  • Vote on adjournment.
